12. Drink
a big glass of water or, as Dr. Oz, says, have a beer right before you go to a
party. Ditch the beer, kids. You don’t need the carbs. Stick with water, or
other zero-carb, non-caloric, non-alcoholic beverages.
I
believe if you’re going to fill up on anything, make it something you really
enjoy that legally fits your new lifestyle diet plan.
If
you have to, bring your own, nurse it, and use it as your drink of choice for
the evening. I do club soda – a fresh, crisp, gassy one, but my all-time
evening favorite is a decaf café latte. Invite me over and I show up with both.
