Host your own holiday party so you
can control everything you eat - all of it.
Make sure you have plenty of tasty, low carb appetizers, salads, sides and desserts on hand.
And while you’re at it, be sure you
serve Santa some scrumptious, low carb cookies with his 2% milk!
He could stand to lose a few in the New Year, too!
God knows - he certainly does enough daily cardio
with all that climbing up and down chimney’s and such. Just needs a good,
effective, healthy low carb diet to go hand in hand with his daily cardio.
