Holiday Eating Survival Tip #7:

Keep away from the sweet table. This is the most difficult one for me. I’m a true sweet-a-holic and that’s usually the first place I gravitate toward on my initial gastronomic recon mission.

My motto used to be: “Life is short, eat dessert first.” Well, no more! I finally learned my fat lessons well, and now know when to say “no.”

I always tell people that I firmly believe I’m just one, real good, Ghirardelli hot fudge-brownie sundae away from 317 pounds and climbing – and it’s no joke.

I't's my pleasure to share some of my personal favorite, tried-and-true, Healthy, Holiday Eating Survival Tips over the next 10 days, all the way to Christmas day!
